What is Folowise Souq?
Folowise Souq is a marketplace for local businesses. Shops create a simple storefront, customers discover them by category and city, and the two talk directly. No middlemen, no commission on a conversation.
Is it free to list my store?
Yes. Creating an account and listing your store is free. You set up your profile and products, an admin reviews it, and once approved your store goes live.
How do customers find my store?
Customers browse by category and city, or search by name and product. Your store shows with real photos, prices, location on the map, and direct contact buttons.
How do customers reach or buy from me?
Every store has one-tap WhatsApp and call buttons, and customers can place an order with cash on delivery or CliQ. The conversation and the sale happen directly between you and the customer.
How do I get paid?
You choose. Cash on delivery and CliQ are available now, set from your store payment settings. Card payments are on the way.
Where does Folowise Souq operate?
Folowise Souq is built for local businesses in Jordan, starting in Amman. Customers filter by city to find shops near them.
How long does store approval take?
New stores are reviewed by our team before they go live, usually within one business day. You get an email once your store is approved.
What do I get as a store owner?
A storefront with your products, direct customer contact, and a growth dashboard that shows your visits, where customers come from, your top products, and every WhatsApp or call lead, scoped to your store only.
Do I need a website already?
No. Folowise Souq is your storefront. If you already have a website, you can link to it from your store page so customers can reach both.
How is Folowise Souq different from social media or big marketplaces?
