These terms cover how you use Folowise Souq, both as someone discovering local businesses and as a store owner listing one. By creating an account or listing a store, you agree to what follows.
Folowise Souq is a directory that connects you with local businesses. You can browse stores, save the ones you like, and contact them directly. Keep your account details accurate and do not use the platform for anything unlawful or abusive.
Store owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing: name, description, contact details, products and prices. New stores are reviewed by our team before they go live, and we may decline or remove a listing that breaks these terms or misleads customers.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud or abuse.
When you contact a store through Folowise Souq, your message and basic details are shared with that store so they can reply. Stores must handle your information responsibly and only use it to respond to your enquiry.
You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as logos, photos and descriptions, and you grant Folowise Souq permission to display it on the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or anything offensive or misleading.
Folowise Souq connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any sale or agreement between them. We provide the platform as is and are not responsible for the goods, services, or conduct of the businesses listed.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and, where it matters, let you know. Continuing to use Folowise Souq means you accept the current version.
